Put a picture on your desktop

Many people like to personalize their PC by putting a picture of someone or something on your desktop background.

Here are the steps:

1. Right-click on the desktop

2. Select Properties from the pop-up menu

3. Click on the desktop tab at the top of the display properties window

4. In the list of items you will find many pre-loaded images that you can use as a background

5. If you wish to use a custom picture, click the browse button and choose your own image that is stored on the computer

6. Click Ok at the bottom to save the picture to your background



That's It! Under the same location you also have options available for how to position your image on the screen, and also if you want to just change the background color.
